I lived in a vicious cycle of trying to fit into what others wanted me to be without ever allowing myself to be who I wanted to be. I felt trapped, alone, and without a voice. Yet, I am living proof that wholeness can be achieved, allowing you to live your life to the fullest.
God gave each of us a story, and the situations that we’ve encountered are not ones that have to define us. They are chapters in our ever-evolving story. I provide various therapeutic techniques that are specific to each need. The specialty areas that I address are trauma-focused such as post-traumatic stress disorder, stress management, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and family and relational issues.

Sandy has been married for 28 years and has three beautiful children. She loves the beach, playing board games, and spending time with her family.
