Tricia provides a warm, personal, and authentic counseling experience while ensuring a compassionate and judgment-free space where clients are heard, seen, and encouraged. Her heart is to honor and support her clients as they heal and grow. Tricia strives to meet clients where they are and to walk with them toward a greater hope and transformation within themselves and within their relationships.
Tricia walks alongside her clients to help them realize their God-given purpose, experience Christ’s restorative peace, and confidently live the abundant life of growth and transformation through a faith-based approach. Tricia believes that to enter her clients’ stories is a sacred privilege. She encourages clients to draw and heal from past experiences while helping them understand and reconcile current difficulties. Tricia’s desire is to orient her clients toward the hope and restoration of Christ, giving them the confidence to walk courageously in the present and the future. She provides support and encouragement through the counseling process while helping her clients gain freedom through a deeper awareness of God’s love and grace toward them.
Tricia graduated with her MA in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling and is pursuing state licensure. She counsels individuals, couples, and families incorporating attachment work and strengths-based approaches throughout the process to help parents and teens adjust and transition through various life stages and events. She desires to help clients express their emotions in beneficial ways that enhance understanding in relationships for a more unified family life.
To assist couples facing conflict, boundary issues, and communication, she utilizes the Gottman method for structure while incorporating Emotionally Focused Therapy to help them recognize unhelpful patterns so that they can make changes that get to the root of their relationship challenges.
Tricia values Christ-centered counseling along with evidence-based therapeutic interventions. She counsels individuals who suffer from PTSD, complex trauma, depression, anxiety/phobias, difficult transitions, and self-worth issues using a holistic, trauma informed approach.
